ENGINEERING-ANALYTICS CONSULTING TERMS & BOOKING

(1) Clients must prepare questions and concerns prior to consulting sessions.
(2) Clients must behave respectfully during consulting sessions.
(3) Clients must maintain strictly professional relationships with advisors.
(5) Each consulting session is subject to corresponding time limit. If necessary, clients may schedule consecutive consulting sessions.
(6) All telecommunications must be initiated by advisors only.
(7) Summaries of consulting sessions and progress reports will be documented by advisors and kept in confidentiality.
(8) Advisors can only share beneficial information based on their knowledge and experience. STEMiNO and advisors deny liability for decisions made by clients and their respective outcomes.
(9) If miscommunication or misunderstanding occurs between clients and advisors, either party may report to STEMiNO directly.
(10) Non-refundable consulting fee is due at the time of submitting this request.

Note: The time zone in the booking system below is based on your browser’s time zone. After booking, you will first receive an email notification of your pending appointment booking. After the payment is received, we will confirm your appointment and send further email instructions.

• From the calendar, please choose the day of the week and the time you would like to make an appointment. Our calendar schedule is set only for 60 days.
• Please fill out your personal information. Agree to Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions and fill out other relevant information you want to share with us.
• Choose “I will pay locally" if you plan to pay at our office. Choose “I will pay now with Paypal" to pay on Paypal. Click next.
• You will be displayed a booking success message.
