Originally from Yangon, Myanmar, Dr. Aye Myat Myat Thinn holds BS degree from North Central College and Ph.D. degree from Medical College of Wisconsin both in Biochemistry. After graduation, she pursued her Postdoctoral training at California Institute of Technology. She is currently working as a Research and Development Scientist at FemtoDx, located in Beverly Hills, CA, where she works in a team of biologists and engineers to build a portable medical diagnosis device that can detect disease biomarkers in the home setting. She likes to travel, do yoga, and play with her nieces and nephews.
